Anyone done the naked doula course?

Hey girls , I'm trying to get prepared for birth I'm 28 weeks now . Just wondering if anybody has done the naked doula course on insta? Seems good but is it actually worth it? It's only €49 which seems good

I have this. There are some bits I found really useful and other bits not so much. I just had the app.
what I would say is it’s worth it if you think it is- I would very much recommend siobhan millers make your birth better book before you do this course.

I have heard people give out about the swearing when trying to relax that it's a little off putting!

I liked the bluntness of the information as ultimately it’s a pretty undignified thing giving birth 🤣🤣 but I found the book to have basically the same info. I do like the naked doula cards and pictures though! If you’re not someone who can sit and focus on a whole book then I’d 1000% say get the app as you’ll take more in. Good luck!
