C section pain 5 weeks on?

Hello, DD is just over 5 weeks old and my abdomen hurts more now than it did immediately following her birth!

Is this just typical healing? It's almost like I feel bruised. Uncomfortable to sit up and turn over. Hasn't felt this uncomfortable before now.

It's never a mistake to get these things checked.
C-sections are major surgery and people often overlook this.

Im still in pain and can feel it when overdo it, many years on but it didn't get worse without me having a definable thing (eg lugging boxes) to attribute it to.

Not normal I don't think, I felt entirely normal by then. (

Could be an infection. Shouldn’t be worsening.

My actual incision is fine. Healing really well. The actual feeling of pain is a couple of inches above. Almost feels like I've done 1000 sit ups. I have my 6 week check next week so will ask the GP.
