Nerve damage postpartum

Hi. I’m wondering if anyone can relate.
I’ve had the sensation to pee all the time ever since giving birth (vaginal, precipitous) 6 months ago.
I saw a urologist yesterday who thinks the cause is mild and hopefully temporary nerve damage.
Man I’m scared that it will never get better. It’s been 6 months already :(
Anyone go through this?

Oh that sounds difficult @Shelan1029. Have they said there is anything that can help?

@Shelan1029 Hi, I just came across your post. I'm not sure if I'm also suffering from nerve damage but I have the same symptoms. Baby born in November by forceps and its been almost 5 months and I get the feeling I need to pee all the time but its only when Im walking or moving about. When I'm sat or lying still I feel normal. Is this the same for you?

I'm seeing a pelvic floor physio. I've been checked for retention. All fine. Uti test coming back all clear.

Have you found anything for relief?

Hi. Yes the same! Except when I’m sitting or lying down I still have the feeling but just not so bad. I’m 6.5 months postpartum now. Been going to pelvic physio too. Not much change yet.
what have your doctors said??
