So I forgot how this pragnancy first stage works haha is it safe to Wear a bag pack vacuum can the baby feel anything since still small I'm 7/3 weeks

I think she's asking if it is safe to wear a back pack or use the vacuum. Not sure about the 7/3 part - 7 months, 3 weeks? But then that wouldn't fit in with the first stage of pregnancy part. All a bit confusing.

Yes it is fine to continue normal activities. You just need to be careful not to overdo things, but overdoing things is dependent on what you usually did - for example NHS advice here: https://www.nhs.uk/pregnancy/keeping-well/exercise/
