Due date week, predictions? Countdown with me?

Soooo it’s my due date tomorrow and so far no signs other than baby has finally engaged in the last week.
First baby was 11 days early and second 1 day over, both spontaneous rupture of membranes and very quick labours/births. Do I have a good chance of things going to same way 3 times??

anyone else in a similar position?

I'm 35 weeks today and I'm being induced on the 11th April due to GD, however me and hubby feel like this baby will not wait around, it's my third girl. Good luck with your delivery!

I'm in a similar position, 40+3 today, 3rd baby, 2 previous quick births. Was 40+1 with dd1 and 39+5 with dd2. I really thought I'd be earlier with this one but baby has other plans. Had a little bit of cramping throughout the night but nothing now. First sign for me has always been straight into 5 minute contractions. Think that's why my labour's were so quick as I had 5 minute contractions from the start and they just built in strength. Waters didn't break until just before pushing my first out and I don't even recall when they broke with my 2nd so was probably towards the end like my first. I was hoping baby would wait until at least last night as DP has a few days off now, but now I'm hoping it's not going to be too much longer! How you feeling?

Happy due date @Feduppreggo

I'm 36+2 here and really hope I don't have to wait until over 41 like I did with my first 🙈 my last labour was looooooong too.

Good luck and fingers crossed it happens by the end of the week for you!

Started having contractions not long after my last post, another quick labour and had my third baby girl around 1.30pm. My partner delivered her at home before the midwife got here! I found labour much more intense 2nd time around, this time I don't think it was as bad as the 2nd time, but more intense than the first but probably because it was quicker or the fact that the first time was more than 15 years ago so maybe I forgot how it really feels. So worth it in the end. Good luck all you pregnant mammas.

@onanislandfaraway congratulations!

Feduppreggo · 23/03/2023 17:01

Congratulations!! I guess it goes to show that anything can happen at anytime even when it seems unlikely! Xx

Im only 1 day over and had my first ever sweep today 😳 was really painful and experienced a lot of cramping and some bleeding but I slept it off and feel almost back to normal so we’ll see if it materialises into anything

Thank you both! Hopefully you'll not have to wait too long to hold your little cherubs in your arms.

Any more signs since last update feduppreggo?

Feduppreggo · 24/03/2023 22:23

You’re welcome x
I really hope too, after my sweep yesterday I had on off cramping and brown bleeding then had (brown) bloody show last night and a few hours ago but no cramps today so guessing it’s not happening tonight lol
