Hi this is so embarrassing but I need some help!
So for the past eight months I had terrible Constipation and diarrhoe. I never suffered with this before my daughter and my doctors have given me flybegel, laxido (at one point 4 times a day) different creams.
they said I had anal fissure then piles - I don't think know what I got but referred me for surgery for initial piles. I do bleed when I go sometimes and I often feel like something is stuck which is painful as!
i have completely gone off the laxido etc as per their request and I am taking healthy gut tabs but it keeps coming back and I am not sure why, I am drinking loads, having more fibre. I have started to drink even more water, Weetabix in the morning and these figs supplements.
i have to go back to work next month and I am still struggling any help or advice would be great!
Please help! I'm starting to get angry at everyone as I'm so in much pain and my brain feels like it's overflowing.
