Hi everyone I am 39 weeks and I've just been to bathroom and this has happened? Also having cramping on and off. Is this my bloody show? First baby

Don’t panic. Mine was a couple of weeks before I gave birth. You may start getting an increase in Braxton Hicks, or go into labour. It’s a good sign to make sure you have your bag pack just in case. Good luck.
