Looks like I am Group B Strep positive - GP doing some tests to check. I am not too panicky about it having read other threads on the website. But I was planning to use the natural birthing centre at Queen Charlotte hospital - does the GBS mean I won't be able to do this?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

QC is one of the places that will give you IVABs in labour and still let you use the birth centre, so you should be fine. Good luck

what test you having done ? an HVS is not that accurate a test... there are other more accurate ones that can be done privately. mind you, as mintpurlple says, you can birth in the birth centre anyway , hope all goes well
