well, she was due yesterday. baby is still a whopper according to mw's and head is engaged but it aint shifting. they wont even tickle her cervix until she is 10w over. poor thing is a bit scared, any advice?

she could have a feel of her cervix herself, with clean hands and short nails

lots of sex ( i know, i know) and visualisation

if the head is engaged, that is a good sign
