Bladder pain after c-section

I’m 8 days post c-section and I have what feels like bladder pain deep in my pubic area.

Does anybody know if this is a common sensation after a c-section after all they have had a good dig around inside the area? I’m passing urine ok, but there feels like a dragging feeling when I do so.

My bladder/when I peed felt very odd though I can’t remember if it felt painful as such. The feeling gradually went away (9 months pp here). At 8 days I think you’d be still under midwife care. Give them a ring tomorrow and get yourself checked just to be sure. If not ring GP. Does it hurt to do pelvic floor exercises like from the Squeezy app? My MW told me to do them almost as soon as I was home.
