arnica 200 pills

Has anyone taken arnica 200 pills as a pain relief when labour starts, not just for healing afterwards? Did it work? Thanks

Yes...... they were bloody marvellous 16 hour labour, EC and I was driving 3 weeks later with the insurance company's blessing

Yes definitely take every 4 hours when labour starts. You can even take it daily after your EDD.
Arnica also deals with the emotional aspects of the pain/bruising.
