how many arnica tablets will i need roughly?

hi im 37+2 with my second child and have decided to use arnica tablets for after this birth as i took ages to recover from the first. but am not sure how many i will need i have just ordered nelsons 30c and i think there is 84 in the pk.is that enough?

I got through 3 bottles, but had a bad tear... (Arnica def helped - I had 2 hourly following birth for first few days then 3 x daily). But 84 should be enough to get you until you can send someone out for more Arnica if you still need it.

Why don't you call a homeopath and get a deeper dose of maybe 200c or even 1M? Also there might be something else that will help you too that they might know about.
