Afternoon
im currently expecting baby number 5. previous 4 born via c section, 1st emergency, 2nd breach, 3rd and 4th because of the first two
So now I’ve no choice but to deliver this one by c section also. It’s been mentioned for safety I may be delivered a week early than normal to minimise risk but that’s all.
Any experiences of this many c sections would be very gratefully received please.
I know this situation isn’t ideal!
thank you

Hey
I've had 3 sections and was advised not to have anymore but a lady opposite me was on number 6. All went OK. She was in and out like everyone else on the ward. Though she was advised (harshly told) anymore would be life threatening.

Thanx for your reply
yes I’m fully expecting to be ‘told off’ for this when the time comes!

Hi I'm currently ttc baby no 5. I had my 4th last year. Read all my hospital notes and went from there :) good luck you will be fine x

Nobody can advise how this will go for you. You have to have a section obviously, and perhaps need to be prepared for potential issues with recovery or long term impact etc. Best you can do is ensure you are as fit and healthy as possible.

Hi @Peggypegson - are you still around? How did it go? I'm due to have section number 4 later this year and I'm scared xx
