Arnica - what to do with it?

Hi, I was recommended homeopathic arnica tablets and have bought some, but am not sure when I should be taking them? I am 41+ weeks now and probably being induced this weekend.

I took them before and after births. start taking them about 12 hours before, are they 30 strength? don't think it matters much tbh. you can dissolve a few in a glass of water and sip it over the day or just pop a couple under your tongue now and then. Keep on taking them for a couple of weeks after the birth.
Sorry, not very scientific but i honestly dont think it makes much odds. Hoepfully someone more qualified wil be along shortly
Arnica cream is great for bumped heads when your LO is bigger, makes bruises vanish, or never appear in the first place
good luck!

What did they say the Arnica tablets were for? I thought Arnica was more for post delivery - cream for bruising in particular. It's not for induction purposes is it? I took something else, which started with a 'C.' How helpful is that, hey? Pusatilla supposedly helps the baby turn too.

not for induction, for bruising

Have 3 doses a day pre delivery then after delivery have some asap and then if you in lots of pain have a dose every hour until feel better then gradually reduce to 3 dose per day.

You're very welcome! I hope you have a wonderful birth! Also if possible, chamomila is a good homeopathic remedy to take with arnica. Get 30c if poss and take it after delivery similar doses to arnica. Stop taking cham when pain gone don't keep taking it. Ok to take more of arnica.
