Third c section scar tissue

Has anyone had 3 c sections ? Consultant said to me yesterday it may take a lot longer this time with me having a lot of scar tissue 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not having my baby until 11 Jan I always get worried every time I have c sections xx

I've had 3. It probably did take longer but I didn't notice. I knew the routine so it took a bit of stress away in that sense. Overall it didn't feel any different to the other two. Good luck with the new arrival!

Take longer to heal? My third c-section incision healed the quickest and I had no bother with it at all. Make sure you can take it easy for the first few days (as far as that's possible with multiple children) to give it a good start in healing.

Had my 3rd in June this year, noticed absolutely no difference at all in length of the operation or healing. They told me that it would be the more experienced doctor doing it because it was a more "complex" case with being the 3rd but I like I say, that didn't really register with me iyswim. It was my most pain free recovery, though I had no choice but to be up and about doing stuff with 2 other kids to look after I suppose.

I can imagine the operation itself maybe takes a bit longer as it’s bound to be easier just to (sorry for the wording) cut open someone who’s never had a c-section before. Surely the second and third aren’t much different though in terms of time taken. I’ve had one and hoping to have three children so fingers crossed!

definitely my last baby these c sections get scarier and scarier the more you have and they did say they only recommend me having 3 buy of course a lot of women go on to have a lot more but I’ll have 3 kids under 3 x
