Pregnancy after prolapse

Has anyone had a prolapse and gone on to have more pregnancies? Did it make things worse?
If I had another vaginal birth will that be the end of my pelvic floor 😬

I have a mild cystocyle/rectocyle after a big late baby and a long pushing stage. It’s much improved almost a year PP but still annoying. It’s not bad enough for surgery and I've been left with just management instead. I’ve had long pushing stages with DC1 and DC2- hours with both 🙄
I constantly told the midwife DC2 was going to be huge, she was 98th centile all the way through pregnancy and still is. Nobody listened, I begged 2 consultants to induce but they wouldn’t, she got stuck but was fine in the end after some oxygen. Technically on the notes it’s a textbook birth so I’m not sure I have any grounds to ask for intervention again.

If I was to have another child could I have a natural birth? Would they let me go overdue with another baby and risk making the injury worse with another big one?

I'm not sure tbh. Would an elective csection be an option for you?
