Bleeding 4w pp CSection

Hey! I had a c section 15th June and my bleeding had dyed down around week 3, I’ve noticed the past day or 2 my bleeding has became dark red! There’s no pain and I don’t have any other symptom of infection but just concerned that I’m bleeding again incase something internally is wrong 😩

I've had two sections and in my experience the bleeding does come and go, it seemed to get heavier after exercise (by exercise I mean walking to DS's nursery, I certainly wasn't in the gym!).

It came and went for me. Seemed to go on forever.

Same for me, had practically stopped after 2 weeks and then I got a massive bleed and then red blood for another couple of weeks. I stopped bleeding about 5 weeks then.

Incidentally the big bleed came after the longest walk I’d done so probably was down to that.

I did walk up to Asda which was quite a walk all up hill with the pram on the Tuesday and the bleed started the Thursday!! It could have been that?! The hospital said they’re not concerned unless it has a foul smell and I’m passing close the size of a 50p! It literally looks like a period!
