Hello all,
I am currently 40+6 with baby number 2 and I have just had a stretch and sweep which wasn't very successful as my cervix was too posterior to do it fully. The midwife was only able to get the tip of her finger in the cervix. I'm hopeful that this will help move things along as I have been having really bad period pains and back ache on and off leading up to the sweep and baby is there waiting to come out.
I'm really fed up especially in this heat now.
Has anyone had a similar experience and it worked?
