Any tips to get labour going?

I am currently 39+6 with baby number 2 and I have been having pains on and off for since 37 weeks.
Period like pains again today that gradually get stronger then they stop, this has been happening for weeks and it's getting exhausting because I just want to meet our little baby boy now.

I try going for walks every day too and just to keep moving. Does anyone have any other tips to get labour going properly?

Colostrum harvesting. Have you got a birthing ball to bounce on?

DTD. Worked for me. As a FTM I had pains in the night. I didn't think they were labour starting. That morning we DTD. A few hours later my waters broke and I had a very quick labour, nice easy birth. Could be a coincidence but I truly believe we helped it along!

Bounce on birthing ball for hours while watching films
reflexology
express milk
sex or self love
clary sage oil when you are in actual labour

Curb walking. Sounds crazy but it worked.
