Early labour signs?

Hello! I'm currently 38 weeks and I've felt really, really nauseous the past few days with a couple of bouts of diarrhoea (really irregular for me as I very rarely suffer with this). I've felt generally just really unwell, hungover almost. Could this be an early labor sign? I've had my first sweep today and I have another booked for a few days time alongside an induction booked for next week but I'd be much happier if it happens on its own without the induction

Yes and No. I mean I felt utterly rubbish in the build up to both my labours. My first, I had loose stools for 24-48 hours pre labour. With my second, I had cramps, loose stools, rubbish headaches for about a week pre-labour. So yes, it is probably getting closer, but may not be immediate! Good luck!
