Barbara - but surely if someone got you the cap you would treasure it forever? maybe get it out in birthdays and remeber fondly your labour/spa experience

It should be produced reverently at all major occasions, first birthday, 18th birthday, passing driving test, getting married, first grandchild....

You could even pass it down to your dds for them to wear in labour .
