Hi all. I'm pregnant with my second daughter and recently had a consultation appointment regarding my next delivery choice as my previous pregnancy involved a grade 3c tear. Which I'm very lucky to have healed well from as i was told i could be left with bowel and incontinence issues so i I've been very lucky. However now I'm faced with the choice of choosing vaginal delivery and taking the risk again where i may not be that lucky again or opt for a cesarean which i know comes with its own set of potential issues further down the line. Basically I'm looking for all the advice you can give me. Its took the shine of my pregnancy a bit as I'm now convinced I'm going to end up with long term health problems one way or another. Or a change to my standard of life.

In your shoes I would go for c section. I know it is a big op and you don’t how easily you will heal but I would rope in all support you can if you can and start making a plan.
