I had a baby 5 days ago so I know it is very early days but all today I have felt that feeling you get when you have not got a tampon in high enough.

I got a mirror this evening and inspected and you can see what looks like it could be my cervix at the vaginal opening?!

Do I need to see someone straight away or is this normal and it’s just cause it’s so early?

I have downloaded the NHS Squeezy app and will be doing my pelvic floor exercises religiously!

Would really appreciate hearing your stories and experiences. Thank you! 🙂

Give the hospital a call, you have a number for aftercare for a while after birth
