Back pain months after c section?

Had a C-section 3.5 months ago and the past 2 days I’ve felt pain above my left bum cheek and wow I’m struggling to walk, bend down the lot!

Is this normal? It hurts and I’m worried about if it’s an affect of the spinal? Or am I just thinking too much into it

I got this too for 4-5 months after c section. Apparently it is quite common. Had me in bed for several days at a time at one point.

Mine was an achey pain though. If it is stabby of sharp, that wouldn’t seem so normal to me?

Not a doctor, obviously go to doctor if you’re concerned about your spine.

@RandomCatGenerator it’s quite achy I don’t get stabbing pain! It’s more just there? So when I stand up it’s an aching pulling sensation

I will be making an appointment asap on Tuesday - trust me to feel this bad with my back on a bank holiday. Lmao

If you had an epidural it may have been that. Unfortunately they're notorious for leaving people with back problems amongst other things.

Hopefully you'll just have moved awkwardly and it'll be easily rectified.

Months later a 2 day history of this type of issue is unlikely to be due to the spinal.
