Abdominal Pain after c section?

Hello ladies!
I have had my c-section 10 days ago and now I have an abdominal pain, vertical from the near the belly button to like 4 fingers below (not on the exterior incision location). It hurts when I touch or when I get up from a bed or a chair. It didn’t seems to be there before but now almost 10 later (when every thing was improving fine) this pain is bothering me while I am having pai medocine
I guess maybe I have done too much in the last days. La

My question was: is this normal? Have any of you had it before and how was it?

I was in terrible pain after my c sec, for weeks afterwards.
Have you done anything to warrant being in pain?
Does the wound smell, is it red or oozing?
