41 weeks pregnant failed sweep

Hi can someone please assist me with my anxiety rm as it’s through the roof!
I am 41 weeks tomorrow. Had a sweep yesterday which was unsuccessful. Pain was INTENSE, Like crazy pain. Cervix was closed so mw said best to leave it as pain was just so bad. I have not lost my mucus plug, literally nothing. Can someone please advise me if they’ve been in a similar situation and how long they’ve waited?
Also Iv been booked in for induction on Monday

I've not been there I'm afraid, but on the NCT class, they really emphasised the importance of oxytocin, which we produce more of when we are relaxed. That's what's needed to get things going. So if you can - I know it's so much easier said than done - try to relax as much as you can; do things you enjoy, candlelit bath, funny tv shows, seeing friends etc. whatever tends to help you. Sorry I'm not able to be any help!

I had two failed sweeps and was induced. Hot curry or sex?? Or both??
