Bleeding 5 weeks post Csection

I am 5 weeks/4days post emergency Csection, my bleeding stopped around week 2 however, since Sunday night I have started bleeding again.. fresh red blood with small dark clots. Could this be the first period??

Are you breastfeeding? It could well be your period but v unlikely if you are exclusively breastfeeding. If not it could well be your period.

No, not breastfeeding as was unable to. Hoping its my period, we had such a traumatic birth/infections after I swear I have PTSD when I see blood now 🙈
