Bit of a panic when a bum was seen to come first in the water, but mum just stood up, water drained and baby delivered itself really. Pity that the current trend to avoid vaginal breech birth is clouded by the medical mismanagement of breeches. Doctors tend to 'deliver' breeches in theatre with legs up in stirrups.
