Bellybutton cord help??

Little girls cord fell off after 18 days but left this behind….anyone able to help with what it is? Will it go away? FTM so TIA

My son had something a bit like this … there is a proper name for it - I saw the health visitor and GP in the end and GP advised to just keep it clean by cleaning it with cotton wool bathed in lukewarm salt water solution (cooked boiled water), it healed and just came off by itself within a couple of weeks. But I would get advice from health visitor to be sure!

As above, keep clean and sprinkle some salt on it at every nappy change, it will come off.
