I gave birth 5 weeks ago, it was a forceps delivery and about 5 days ago my bleeding stopped completely. Last night I noticed bright red blood and during the night it’s gotten heavier. I am formula feeding and have since birth. Cramps but no fever and I feel generally well. It’s just thrown me off because it’s so bright red but would this be my period? Noticed during the week my skin was breaking out too and had cramps leading up to it, also seems a bit heavier than before.
