Bleeding after section v natural

For those who have experienced both, which was heavier/longer? Did breastfeeding impact heaviness? My bleed after vaginal birth was really heavy and lasted ages. Section seemed to be same amount but shorter time. I've got another section next month and hoping they Hoover me out.

The bleeding comes from the sore left where your placenta was attached to your uterus
So you'll bleed either way and sadly they can't hoover your out

I've had two sections, blead heavily for weeks after one, but relatively little after the other, so I'm not sure it's linked to delivery type.

I had a section with my first and a vbac with my second. I bled heavier and for longer with my section but there wasn't much in it.
