Hello, I’m moving my care for an elective c section can anyone recommend either hospital or have experience at both that might help make the decision.

I’m in between both at the minute.

No specific opinion on either aside from they both have good reputations, but just check they will accept transfer for elective CS as a lot of hospitals won’t. How many weeks are you? X

Both have accepted me I now need to decide. I’m 36 weeks. I have a complicated case so I guess that’s why

Oh definitely they’d accept you in that case! Good luck wherever you decide. I’d look at logistics of getting there and back and also if you have been there, which you felt you liked best. Because in my experiences people have great and also terrible experiences in every hospital. Hope it all goes ok.

I'd go for St Thomas for the pure case that they have the best nicu in the country.

Given birth at both - would say St Thomas for the view Grin
