2 rounds of Prostin and going crazy!

So, I'm on day 3 of the induction process & I've just been given my 4th dose of Prostin gel (the beginning of round 2 after no joy with 3 doses).

Please someone tell me this might do the tric because I. Am. Going. Demented.

How are things going now @Mabelhc? Any news?

Patiently waiting on dose #5, but not getting much further unfortunately....

Ooooh this was me once upon a time, but with propess. They only need to get you to 1cm then they can pop the waters. Can you go for a long walk around the hospital, and walk sideways up & down the stairs? How many weeks are you?

I've been at 1cm since Monday & they're wanting me at 3cm to break waters. Beyond frustrating, but such is life I suppose. Marching the corridors furiously as I type! I'm 41 weeks and praying to anyone that'll listen that this one has done the trick haha!

How odd I was told 1cm for waters. Ah well try the stairs - could be an old wives tale but you never know. Is it first baby OP?

I had my waters broken at 2cm, next time they examine you ask how favourable your cervix is & what are the chances of a successful induction. After 3 days I would be considering a section, you must be shattered.
