Maternity Hospitals East London

Hi I just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant and recently moved to Dagenham. Can anyone recommend any good maternity hospitals? The nearest to me is Queens Hospital and Royal London but they seem to have bad reviews. I also have two birthing centres near to me but are not attached to hospitals. Is it better to go with a birthing centre or maternity ward within a hospital?
This is my first pregnancy :-)

Royal London is much improved/has a ‘good’ rating now - had my baby there last June and they saved my life/the docs and midwives were amazing. Postnatal ward not great but that’s the same everywhere/across busy London hospitals.

Thanks I have decided to go with Royal London. Still waiting for my first appointment will be 9 weeks in a couple of days. Just anxious to do my scan!

@Ang245 royal London hospital is the best hospital.
I went to Whipps cross hospital and gave birth. It was ok.
