Birth debrief - what to ask

Hi all,
DD2 was born a few months ago, she arrived prematurely at 35+6 via EMCS. I had reduced movements, and although the doctors weren’t sure why, they had cause for concern so I had a c-section. In theatre it became apparent that I’d had a silent placental abruption, and she was taken to SCBU for a blood transfusion. We were both eventually fine, and it’s now a few months down the line. Although the care I received was excellent, I’ve had difficulty coming to terms with what happened, and one of the paediatricians who’s caring for my daughter suggested a birth debrief might be helpful. Can anyone suggest what kinds of questions I might want to ask or things I might want to consider in the meeting? I really want to find some closure but it was just such an unexpected shock having her arrive like that.
