How long for feeling to return post section?

How long until you could feel your bodily normally again? I'm dreading this as last time I had a section I hated the paralysis. I'm considering a GA this time but interested to hear how long others took to regain feeling post spinal.

First time, about 4hrs. Second time I could wiggle my toes in recovery, but I also felt more sensation during the section (no pain but pressure which was uncomfortable/odd at times).

I preferred the deeper block of the first one.

I’m sure it was about 3/4 hours till i started to feel the pain but I barley noticed as I was so distracted by my baby
