I had my daughter via c section 5 weeks ago and my lochia was minimal. This morning I have just started bleeding bright red blood, it's like a period as there is quite a bit and I can feel it dripping out. I'm confused because I'm exclusively breastfeeding and with my first daughter I didn't have a period for 10 months. Baby has short feeds and will happily go 3-4 hours between feeds but is piling on the weight. Thanks in advance!
