Forceps Delivery And Still In Pain

Hello!

11 weeks ago I had a 3 day labour and ended up with theatre forceps rotate delivery and episiotimy. I also had a 2nd degree tear internally on the left.

My episiotimy healed nicely and is giving me no pain now.
I am however experiening a lot of pain on the left. From the outside there is nothing to look at, but it still feels a type of pain as if ive been kicked between the legs and im bruised on the left handside only.
When I wee it feels fine but just as my wee finishes i get a sharp intense pain in the "bone" (?) under my clitoris section.
I have a continuous costant pain internally on the left and sometimes I can't even finish making a sandwich without having to sit down as the pain gets a lot! Some days are better than others - but the pain is always there and has never improved.
I got referrred to a gyno who said it looked like the laps of skin inside hadnt healed correctly. i was then seen by another one who said she couldnt see what the previous one was talking about so signed me off as fine? When I am not fine!

I just wanted to know if anyone else who had a similar story to me had these problems and how long it took for their pain to go after having a 2nd degre tear internally/forceps delivery

Thank you
:(

I had a forceps delivery and an episiotomy and had none of the pain you are feeling that long afterwards. I would push for a second opinion as not being able to stand long enough to make a sandwich does not sound right at all!

I had forceps, tearing and episiotomy with my first. I was in a lot of pain initially and was discharged from hospital after 5 days with a lot of pain medication. It took several weeks for me to even manage a short walk up the road. I continued to experience a pulling sensation when I moved in certain ways which I think was the scarring. I spoke with the GP about it several times and was fobbed off. When I had the birth debrief during second pregnancy I mentioned it again and was finally referred to gynae who thought it was caused by the way it has been repaired plus scarring. There was discussion about operating again. It has been better since my second birth. I think because I tore again and they restitched me. Definitely worth keep pushing for a gynaecological consult. I wish I had done this much earlier rather than putting up with intermittent pain for 2 years

I too only felt better after my second birth and retearing and restitching. I wish I sought help from the my gp rather than experiencing 2 years of discomfort and painful sex. Following my forceps delivery I was very quickly stitched up by the consultant. But after my second delivery I was stitched up by the senior midwife. It felt like she took bloody forever, but she did a better job.
