Private and NHS care together

So we are moving to private care at 36 weeks at the end of December. I know you can't move between private and NHS care but what does that mean? Does that mean that once I have moved to private care i have to cancel all my NHS appts. my local hospital now wants me to be monitored twice a week due to several periods of low movement. Do I have to cancel those? or can i continue those until i give birth?

I did a combination of nhs + private . It was explained to me that you cannot mix services. For example, you cannot have both private antenatal care and nhs antenatal , however you can have nhs antenatal and a private delivery ( this is what I did)
