Spritz for Bits or Bottoms Up?

I've been given a bottle or Bottoms Up perineal spray but I've also seen really good reviews for the Spritz for Bits and been recommended it. What would you recommend? (I've never birthed before!)

A couple of drops of tea tree oil in bottle of warm water is just as good and a fraction of the price. That said, I didn’t actually bother second time around

I’ve got spritz for bits, it’s lovely and soothing

I was provided medihoney (it’s a honey based wound treatment) by my consultant obsetrician as I had an epiosotomy. Physically they healed really quickly but the medihoney really helped with the pain too.

I used spritz for bits and it was amazing on my stitches! I would spray it onto my pad, as well as directly onto my "bits" and my stitches healed so well, without any real discomfort at all

Don’t forget zerobase to use as a shower gel. For me, it also helped not to use toilet paper after a poo or wee - I just rinsed off and then washed myself off properly in the shower with zerobase.
