VBAC Info

I had a baby 8.5 months ago and would hopefully like to have another within the next couple of years (if I can convince my partnerGrin) and would love to have a VBAC.

Anyone who has done any VBAC research, who would I speak to with regards to getting pregnant and whether or not I'd be able to have a VBAC? Would I go to the GP or someone else? Or is it just something that would be accessed once I got pregnant?

I would be very anxious to have another c section due to a very bad recovery period afterwards. I was physically fine but baby had to go to NICU and I had really bad mental health.

When you have any appointments with the midwife you raise it then that you want a VBAC. Im my experience they were very pro making this an option for me. I had a “birthing choice” meeting with the midwife to run me through the process etc which was very informative.
