I’ve had braxton hicks every hour-ish for over a week now, pretty annoying but not sore enough to disrupt sleep/ normal life….until today!

Pain in my back has gotten worse, can’t sleep (I’m normally sleeping by 10pm and it’s now after 2.30 am!), I’ve been having mild pains in my stomach all day, they’re getting closer together but not increasing in pain. Is this early labour, or is it wishful thinking?

Could be! How far are you?

My early labour started about 9pm with period type cramping occasionally, then in the early hours they were 9 mins apart, then 8, then 7...

They were strong enough to wake me but not painful, didn't really ramp up until 11am the next day.

Good luck Smile try and rest.

I’m 39+5.
Hopefully things kick in properly soon!

Oh I was 39+5 too!

Hope you're in full throes of labour now Grin

Still every 10 minutes, only lasting 30 second!

First pregnancy, and apparently it’s normally for this stage to last aaaagggggeeeeees!
