Hi I’m due to be induced next week, hospital bag has been packed for a while but wondering if there’s anything I’ve missed? This is my second child but with my first I was in and out! So expecting a longer stay this time with being induced!

Packed so far:
Baby grows and vests x8
Muslins
Hat for baby
Blanket
Pjs for me
Toiletries
Thick sanitary Pads
Nappies
Cotton wipes
Nappy bags
Will pack a book and charger etc closer to time
Any recommendations what else to take.

Snacks, nightie might be easier (and cooler) than pjs, dressing gown, hair bands, I took my own pregnancy pillow from home which was a life saver, eye mask, ear plugs and headphones in case you’re waiting on the induction ward

I packed two nighties in case I need a catheter , long cable charge in case of a section, ready made formula , a swaddle, flip flops so I can shower in them, dressing gown , lots of snacks, change of outfit for DH, lucozade sport, I’m being induced so also packed two leggings and extra large t-shirts

Another for a nightie! So much cooler and easier.
Hair brush, bobbles, hair band.
Massive knickers
Slippers/flip flops
Snacks and drinks
Headphones
Book
Two outfits for me (leggings and long jumper)
Wipes for you to freshen up

Extra long phone charger
Water bottle
Flip flops/slippers
Haribo
My own bed pillow. Mw suggested it second time around and it was so much nicer than the hospital one with their waterproof linings.

I agree with nighties
Lots of big granny pants
Lip balm
Mints
Hair bands

Thank you everyone! Off out to buy nighties as that’s the common answer 😂 I’ve got hair bands lip balm etc in toiletries bag, flip flops just gone in, also packed my charging dock thingy as I’ve not got an extra long charger. Will get plenty snacks. We did pack snacks last time but over half munched through them the minute I went in to labour room… you wouldn’t of thought he’d be so hungry seeing as He woke up at 6am literally took me to the hospital and baby was here by 9am 🙄🤣
