Can anyone help explain my friends notes, external genitalia wad. Cx posterior, 1.5cm long thick 1cm dilated

Cx = Cervix
Posterior = cervix position
1.5cm long and is thick (not yet effaced)
1cm dilated

Exactly as above. I think the notes should read external genitalia nad which is short for no abnormalities detected.
