Looks like i'll be having a c-section at 38 weeks. is it still advisable to have Strep B testing?

Thanks

I would definitely for the sake of £20ish for what the test costs x

Are you in the UK? They don't screen for it, but if you get a swab or urine taken and it grows then it will get reported.

Not as far as I’m aware as the risk to the baby is as they are coming down the birth canal which they won’t do if they are born via c-section. Could be wrong though hopefully someone will be along soon who knows for definite.
