Hypnobirthing Book Recommendations

Hi all,

I would like to look into hypnobirthing and unfortunately the subsidised classes by me have been stopped due to staffing shortages! I was just wondering if anyone has used any books that they would recommend. I had a quick look on Ebay and there are loads but you never know how good they are until you give them a go!

Look up the Positive Birth Company - it’s about £38 I think for an online course (videos you watch in your own time), relaxation tracks etc. Really helped me last time! The hypnobirthing teacher on the course also has an accompanying book but I preferred the online course.

I found this one quite helpful and there are (or we’re at least!) audio files with guided meditations you can download.
