Is this her first cs? She may feel differently afterwards so I wouldn't worry.

I had two sections 15 months apart, not ideal but manageable.

Hate to say it though I dont think I will ever have a flat tummy again though

she should not set herself a particular time frame, especially as she needs to give herself time to recover from the pregnancy and the birth, ideally you should allow a year between pregnanices regardless of mode of delivery as it all takes a toll on you. if this is her first, she might well feel differenlty after. some women do not resume their sex lives that quickly for various reasons, and if she is breastfeeding she might not ovulate.

i had a c.s and i was still recovering 3 months later!

at the end of the day, it is her decision to make though.

I was advised to wait a year before TTCing to ensure the scar healed properly and reduce the risk of complications but I know someone who got accidentally pg after only 6 months and she was fine. 3 months is a bit soon imo, but wait till she's had her baby, I bet she'll change her mind.

thanks for all the advice i will tell her but dont think she will listen !!
she has already told her work that she plans to be off for a very long time!!
everyone has told her that she wont do it and she is the sort of person that will do it to prove everyone wrong .
i just worry about the baby as she is putting herself and her first baby at risk cause she might end up in hospital!!

I fell pregnant with ds2 almost 4 months after I had an em section with ds1. It certainly wasn't ideal (to put it mildly) and the placenta attached onto the scar tissue which could have caused me major problems (luckily it didn't). However, I am very glad to have got the whole pregnancy/birth thing out the way so quickly!

my obs said there was no clear cut time period where it suddenly became safer to ttc after c section. but he did say that it certainly makes sense though to allow your body to replenish after a pregnancy. The thing he said that most stuck in my mind was to allow myself to really enjoy DS before rushing into another pregnancy. and that would be my main consideration before ttc again.

btw - one of my friends fell pregnant that quickly (by accident) and had no probs.

Depends on how her scar heals. Personally I think 3 months is way too soon.

well i would think a year would be good time as she needs to have time with her new baby!!
only 6 days to go then she pops!!!!
hopefully when it happens she will see some sense !!
i will let you no how she gets on !!
