Due to go in for a c section in over 2 weeks time - I had one last year(!) but it was all last minute regarding sorting my hospital bag out, so I completely forgot what I took in terms of outfits! (Wish I had made a list now).
I’ve got an outfit sorted for when he’s born and for when he comes home, but how many vests / sleepsuits would you pack for in between during the stay in hospital? Looking to be out in 24 hours like last time if all things go to plan!! 🤞🏻 Was thinking 3 vests & 3 sleepsuits?
This is my list for the baby’s stuff if anyone can spot anything I’ve missed:
Pack of nappies
Pack of wipes
Nappy bags
Coming home outfit
Outfit for when he’s first born
3(?) sleepsuits, 3(?) vests
2 packs of first infant ready made bottles
2 blankets (1 cellular for the cot, 1 warmer one for coming home in as it will be freezing)
1 cardigan
2 hats (cotton one for when he’s first born as they don’t provide them, a warmer one for coming home in)
Couple of muslins
Don’t need mits (thank god as they never seem to stay on anyway), as the sleepsuits are integral.
