Contraction tracking app

Has anyone found a good contraction tracking phone app? Trying to get organised but there seem to be so many and just wondered if anyone had a recommendation. Thanks.

I used the "Freya" app produced by the Positive Birthing Company (I used them for an online hypnobirthing course). Simple and doesn't require any brain power while in labour!

Having said that... I would recommend trying not to focus on recording every single contraction - I used it for "snapshots" to attempt to confirm my suspicions whenever I felt my labour was changing.

One other caution - tracking your labour can be helpful, but do also remember to trust your body and instincts. Not every body adheres to the 'standard formula' (3 contractions in 10 minutes) to be considered in established labour. Both of my labours were "non standard", very variable timing for duration of contractions and time in between, so I had to trust my instincts... just before I started pushing during my recent birth, the contractions were only coming at a rate of one every 6-7 minutes!
