I am still in absolute agony when I go for a poo after giving birth almost 5 weeks ago. It's like a sharp pain in one section and there's always blood on the tissue when I wipe. I've read that it could be haemorrhoids but I can't feel any lumps or anything (gross I know). Does anyone know why this could be? Gonna ask my doctor at my 6 week check up but it's a little while away still ☹️
